Mr. Hatfield has over 20 years of professional experience in real estate investment, property development and large scale project management. He is regarded as one of the most innovative and resourceful developers in the industry by combining his deep technical expertise with a creative approach to maximizing value for his clients. Founded in 2005, Hatfield Advisors, a commercial real estate brokerage, development and investment company, has development projects and investments throughout the US and specializes in locating opportunities, comprising strategic development plans & structures, analyzing projects, and management through all development stages.

Eric Vickers serves as Vice President at Hatfield Advisors, an independent, full service commercial real estate company. His experience prior to joining Hatfield Advisors includes retail and office leasing and sales with The Weitzman Group in Dallas, as well as Fort Worth-based Colonial Commercial Real Estate. Prior to those positions, Vickers began his real estate career with the Kim Martin Company in Fort Worth. While in college, Vickers served as an intern for Plano-based Equity Residential, a multi-family Real Estate Investment Trust. Vickers is a born and raised Fort Worthian and prides himself in continuing to build upon Fort Worth’s great past and even brighter future through real estate. His ultimate passion in the industry is working on projects within the city’s urban core, which has led him to his current position at Hatfield Advisors. Vickers received his Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia, while also playing for the nationally ranked men’s soccer team all four years of his career.
