Hatfield Advisors represents both businesses and investors in locating properties that suit their unique and complex brokerage requirements. We focus on identifying the best possible investment property based on a client’s needs. Our experience enables us to provide insight on the benefits and pitfalls of each space and we have a firm grasp on the velocity and type of growth within a market and how it may impact a desired property.
Development
At Hatfield Advisors our process begins with an initial pre-development feasibility study as well as an overview of our development and project management services. We serve as representatives for the client leaving them free to focus on what they do best. Our responsibilities include project scheduling, overseeing preliminary and final building design, overseeing construction and engineering, governmental coordination, and leasing services.
Advisory
At Hatfield Advisors we guide our clients through the entire process by developing a strategy for business relocation or investment including purchasing land, ground-up development, and adaptive re-use of existing buildings. Our process includes assessing the needs of our client/tenant, site selection, site investigation, determining governmental requirements, and entitlement of the property.
Investment
Hatfield Advisors provides clients with a detailed investment analysis that allows businesses or investors to determine the financial viability of a project. Deliverables include estimated project cash flows, returns on equity, and financial investment modeling including internal rates of return calculations. We draw on our established local banking relationships to help our clients evaluate ownership options and obtain the best project financing and equity positions for each project.
